Bathroom Exhaust Fan, supplied with 250mm flexi-duct and roof flashing discharges foul air out of your house. Eliminate damp and smells in the roof cavity.
A better alternative to a conventional fan (which dumps foul air in the roof cavity) - our system includes a 250mm roof mounted fan, premium flashing & cap, and flexible ducting to duct the exhaust from your bathroom ceiling vent past the roof cavity to the outside of your house.
The NEW building code NCC 2022 condensation management provisions now require a complete ducted solution. This bathroom exhaust fan meets the new requirements with a maximum capacity of 140L/s - see notes on effect of flexible duct on air flow.
We have a range of flashings to suit all roof types.

The Bathroom Exhaust Fan Kit comes complete with a 250mm roof mounted brushless high capacity fan, premium flashing & cap, and flexible ducting. Install this system to insure the bathroom exhaust from your bathroom ceiling vent travels past the roof cavity to the outside of your house. As such our system is one of the few complete bathroom ventilation systems available that comply with the updated building code NCC 2022 Condensation Management Provisions.
Our bathroom exhaust fan clears the air more quickly, and more quietly. The three wing fan blade design is powered by a 240v brushless motor which is offered with a full 2 year warranty. Being mounted away from the ceiling it is an extremely quiet yet practical choice. It is suitable for bathrooms, laundries and toilets, and any other area where you need to remove the damp air efficiently.
Our fan produces an air flow of 520 cubic metres per hour, this number reduces significantly with longer indirect flexible duct installations as the flexi-duct introduces a restriction to air flow, but is unlikely to drop below the minimum of 90 cubic metres per hour.
For optimum performance this flexi-duct needs to be short and direct, consideration of where to install the ceiling register is critical - avoid timber ceiling joists, and position to maximise air cross flow through the room. The fan is supplied with a cord and two pin plug for easy installation.
Without adequate ducting bathroom ventilation fans simply transfer the unwanted moist air into the ceiling. This moisture is one of the main contributors to sick building syndrome leading to condensation, mould, mildew, and all the associated damage to the roof structure, insulation and plasterboard. Our In-line bathroom ventilation kit exhausts the stale bathroom air direct to the outside of your house.
The NNC 2022 offers minimum standards for all new homes. All kitchen, bathroom, sanitary and laundry exhaust systems must have a minimum flow rate (25 L/s bathroom, sanitary compartment or 40L/s kitchen, laundry) and discharge directly via a shaft or duct to outdoor air. They can no longer be discharged into a ventilated roof space.
25L/s translates into 90 cubic metres per hour. Our fans is rated at 520 cubic metres per hour.
