Diamond Skylights will accept returns of stock items under the following conditions:
- The return is within 14 days of delivery from the date of delivery
- The goods are unopened in their original condition
- There is a restocking fee of $80 per order
- Refund on product less $80 restocking fee
- Items must be returned at customer’s expense, so please check before placing order
Diamond Skylights will not accept returns of custom fabricated special orders, in the event of cancellation prior to fabrication a refund may be possible.
Faulty goods: The Customer must inspect the Goods on delivery and must within three (3) days of delivery notify Diamond Skylights in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote.
DO NOT OPEN BOXES UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT ITEMS (OPEN BOXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)
