a month agoWe have had two largish Velux windows installed and one Solatube (because unfortunately we couldn’t fit even the smaller Velux in that ceiling because of cross … read more beams and ridges etc.)We’re very happy with the outcome, especially the Velux which turned out even better than we had hoped.We obtained quotes from 3 other companies and, to be honest, I’m sure they all would have done a good job. However one of them said they wouldn’t be able to fit any of the Velux in one of the rooms (one of the rooms that we now have a Velux in), and the other two companies only were looking to do smaller windows - and all three were higher in cost (by a substantial amount when you’re talking 2-3 windows with installation). So, basically, diamond were the only ones keen to put in what we wanted.Then all the guys that came were easy to deal with and respectful of our place, and the final job looks great in our opinion.Cheers!

From start to finish they came in and explained the whole process, … read more placed drop sheets on the floors to protect them and finished the job in a timely manner. Serge our installer was amazing at explaining where everything went and how they operated. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Will definitely be using them again!

My wife was a bit sceptical about needing the skylights in the first place, and now she has completely changed her tune after … read more seeing the final result. Our kitchen and dining area fills up with much more natural light, and we don't need to use electric lights as much anymore! Furthermore the inner-lining timber work completed by Mike looks fantastic, it has become a feature of the room! Mike in particular was a star, it was easy to discuss details of the job with him at the start and as he progressed throughout. Thank you Tom, Mike and also Reuben for a fantastic job!

We were very happy with the service from Diamond Skylights. From the first contact at the showroom to the completion of the job, we were in good hands. We had great advice on the best way to achieve what we asked for, more light, even sun coming in, and we got it. There was very little inconvenience to the family and the guys were great. The time frame was very quick which we appreciated. I would highly recommend Diamond Skylights.
The 2 Solatubes were installed this morning and look absolutely FANTASTIC!
Sergio was an absolute delight to have as an installer. Very polite, well-mannered and quick.
Customer Service together with a great product is what attracts repeat custom, I will highly recommend you into the future.
We have just installed one solatube in our kitchen and are delighted with the product. it gives a soft, natural light into the kitchen and we dont' need a light on during the day now, saving electricity and helping the environment.
It is also cool in the kitchen as we purchased a disk with the tube which cuts out heat.

I had the solar-tube put in on Wednesday, and it's brilliant (a pun you probably hear all the time, but its accurate!).
Just wanted to say thanks, am delighted with how my kitchen is "lifted" in what was the dark corner.
Today we had our skylight fitted at our home.
The reason I am writing this letter is to congratulate Serge on a job well done! Not only was he very polite, fast and proficient at he job but he even wiped down the bench after completion of his work. I truly believe if we had more workers in Australia like Serge we would be much better off.
I take this opportunity to thank you very much for your professionalism and great service. I was very impressed with every step of the process from my visit to your showroom to the person who came and checked where the Solatube could be installed and last but not least to the brilliant installation. I am very satisfied with the result.

Riley and Jordyn who installed the skylights were polite and courteous and tidied up after themselves. I only wish the plasterer who plastered my home when it was built had done the job to the same standard Steve did around my sky lights - his attention to detail was amazing and he hardly even created any dust! I would like to say that we are very happy with the outcome and Serge is an outstanding workman. The quality of the work he has done is first rate He was polite, efficient and a credit to your company.
We were pleased with the service and product received. Each of the individuals we dealt with were helpful and professional and explained alternatives clearly. It was helpful to understand what would and wouldn't work in our house and why, including to account for the angle of our roof and size of our rooms.
We want to take a moment to thank everyone from the girls in the office to Ken, Neil, Mike the Installer & Steve the Plasterer for a wonderful service. Our Solartube in the dark hallway has added a beautiful natural light. The 3 Large Velux Windows installed in our Living Room is absolutely stunning! We had an uneven area to work with but at the end with the help of the boys the finish was great. It is wonderful to get great products installed but we must never forget that it takes great work and great hands by the boys who install them especially dealing with Melbourne's 4 seasons in one day. And always be kind, offer these guys a cup of coffee or drink. They work damn hard to make our homes more beautiful.

The Velux looks ridiculously good!! It is fantastic and has just lit up the room. Dean was truly lovely and did such a good job with the installation. He was courteous, polite, informative and even cleaned up after himself which is a rare thing these days!

Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish. Diamond skylights took so much time answering my questions and making sure everything was perfect, they really went above and beyond.
